How to Use a Vibrating Prostate Massager with a Cock Ring

Quick answer

To use a vibrating prostate massager with a cock ring, first apply lubricant, then insert the plug while wearing the ring at the base of the penis. The ring prolongs erection and the plug stimulates the prostate, often hands-free.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Step 1: Prepare your body and the toy: Clean the vibrating plug and cock ring with warm water and mild soap or a toy cleaner. Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the plug and the anal opening. Start with slow, gentle external massage to relax the muscles. Skipping lubrication is the most common mistake—use more than you think you need.
2. Step 2: Position the cock ring: Slide the ring portion over the erect penis, resting it at the base behind the testicles. The ring should feel snug but not painful. If it is too tight, remove it and choose a larger size or adjust the fit. Check that you can still slide a finger between the ring and your skin—tightness that cuts off circulation is dangerous.
3. Step 3: Insert the vibrating plug: With the ring in place, gently insert the plug into the anus. Aim toward the navel to follow the natural curve of the rectum. Insert only as far as comfortable—the plug should sit fully inside with the ring base resting against the perineum. If you feel sharp pain, stop and reapply lubricant or try a different angle. Never force insertion.
4. Step 4: Turn on the vibration: Activate the vibration using the control button on the plug. Start with the lowest setting to gauge sensation. Increase intensity gradually as you become more comfortable. Vibration can desensitize the area quickly—take breaks to avoid overstimulation.
5. Step 5: Enjoy hands-free or with partner: Once the plug and ring are in place, you can move naturally or let your partner take control. The cock ring helps maintain erection while the vibrating plug stimulates the prostate. Many users find that the combination leads to more intense, hands-free orgasms. Empty your bladder before use to reduce pressure on the prostate and make the experience more comfortable.
